Patrick Mahomes is back on the football field!

On Saturday (July 25), 30-year-old Kansas City Chiefs quarterback joined his teammates for training camp ahead of the 2026-2027 NFL season at Missouri Western State University in St Joseph, Missouri.

The Chiefs took to Instagram to share a video in his training uniform as he arrived at the camp.

“The sun is shining in St. Joe,” the team wrote along with the video.

Patrick‘s wife Brittany Mahomes then re-shared the video on her Instagram Story and wrote, “Seeing him back doing what he loves, so thankful.”

Earlier this year, Patrick underwent surgery after he tore the ACL on his left knee during a game against the Los Angeles Chargers in December 2025. The injury sidelined him for the rest of the season.

The Chiefs will have their first preseason game on August 15 against the Los Angeles Rams. Their first regular season game is then on September 14 against the Denver Broncos.

Last month, Patrick Mahomes signed a record-breaking new deal with the Chiefs!
