PinkPantheress had a little awkward moment on the 2026 Grammys red carpet and now it’s going viral.

While chatting with AP on the red carpet at the award show on Sunday (February 1), the reporter told the 24-year-old first-time Grammy nominee that he appreciated her and she looked “like a million bucks.”

In response to that compliment, PinkPantheress made a strange sound that has to be heard to be believed.

Almost right after, she looks down and notices that she’s on camera, speaking the thought out loud and creating a very meme-worthy moment.

The singer has taken the attention and viral hilarity in stride, even making her own TikTok video to a sound that mashes up her soundbite and her song “Tonight.”

She poked fun at herself with the caption, writing, “going to the grammys tonight! wish me luck! what could go wrong??”

The girl group KATSEYE even made a video doing their version of the bit, too, and a fan shared it here.

PinkPantheress saw the fan-uploaded video of the girl group and commented, “oh my god LOOOOOL.”
