Lisa Hochstein is facing criminal charges.

On Monday (April 13), it was revealed that the 43-year-old Real Housewives of Miami star and her ex-boyfriend Jody Glidden are being accused of “intercepting” conversations involving her ex husband Leonard Hochstein, according to Page Six.

Lisa and Jody, 52, are each facing one count of interception of wire, oral, or electronic communications.

While Lisa currently has a warrant out, Jody was arrested last month.

Keep reading to find out more…According to the court documents, between March 12 and March 31, 2023, Lisa and Jody “unlawfully and intentionally” intercepted, tried to intercept or tried to have someone else intercept “oral statements by Lisa’s ex-husband, Leonard “Lenny” Hochstein, and those Lenny spoke with.”

Lisa and Jody‘s lawyers reacted to the charges, telling Page Six, “This matter is part of a contentious divorce proceeding and does not belong in criminal court.”

If you didn’t know, Lenny filed for divorce from Lisa in 2022 after 12 years of marriage. The two – who share son Logan, born in 2015, and daughter Elle, born in 2019 – have been in a very nasty legal battle ever since.

Lisa and Jody first went public with their relationship in March 2023 and in early 2026, he confirmed that they had split up.

In 2023, Lisa very publicly slammed Lenny for getting engaged before their divorce was finalized.

News of Lisa and Jody‘s legal drama comes after Bravo announced in March that The Real Housewives of Miami has been put on pause.
