Jake stepped onto the red carpet premiere for Larry David’s upcoming show, Life, Larry and the Pursuit of Unhappiness. In a new Instagram post, Jake wrote, “Attended the premiere of Life, Larry and the Pursuit of Unhappiness this week. Comes out Friday on @hbo @hbomax, look out for me in the first episode ? ??.”

Jake is seen wearing a black blazer over a gray T-shirt while attending the show’s red carpet premiere. Despite the unfortunate circumstances surrounding the family, Jake can be seen smiling in the photos.

Jake Reiner has appeared in various TV shows, including Honest Ads, Curb Your Enthusiasm, For All Mankind, and more. The actor last appeared in 2025’s War of the Worlds, and currently has multiple films in various stages of production.

Rob Reiner and his wife, Michele, were found dead in their LA home in December 2025. The couple’s cause of death was later confirmed to be from “multiple sharp force injuries” by the coroner, with authorities labelling it a “homicide”. Their youngest son, Nick Reiner, was arrested by authorities on suspicion of murder.

Following the incident, their children, Jake and Romy, shared a heartfelt statement acknowledging the gruesome state of affairs. Later in February, Nick Reiner pleaded not guilty to the murder charges during a court appearance in Los Angeles. If convicted, Nick Reiner could face life in prison without the possibility of parole or the death penalty.

Following the incident, several Hollywood celebrities found their names being linked to the case, including late-night host Conan O’Brien, who discussed the same on public platforms.
