Rob Schneider‘s wife Patricia Maya Schneider has filed for divorce.

The 62-year-old comedian and his his longtime love are going their separate, according to court records seen by Page Six.

Patricia reportedly filed “family court with children” documents in Maricopa County, Ariz., where the now former couple has resided, back on December 8th.

Rob then accepted service for the divorce petition on December 12th and they were ordered to attend a parenting class. They share two young daughters together – Miranda, 13, and Madeline, 8.

TMZ also reports that Patricia says the marriage is “irretrievably broken with no possibility of reconciliation,” and they are in the process of working out the legalities of parenting time and child support.

Rob and Patricia first met on the set of a TV show in 2007 and were married four years later in April 2011.
