 'It's Just Racist and Creepy'

Rosanna Arquette has heavy criticism for Quentin Tarantino.

The 66-year-old actress, who has worked with the director in the past on films like Pulp Fiction, thinks Quentin gets away with using racial slurs too often in his scripts.

“It’s iconic, a great film on a lot of levels,” Rosanna said about the 1994 film in a recent interview with The Times. “But personally I am over the use of the N-word — I hate it.”

“I cannot stand that he has been given a hall pass. It’s not art, it’s just racist and creepy,” she added.

Other stars like Spike Lee have previously discussed their distaste over Quentin‘s frequent usage of the slur in his movies, like in his 1997 film Jackie Brown.

“I’m not against the word and I use it, but not excessively. And some people speak that way. But Quentin is infatuated with that word. What does he want to be made — an honorary Black man?” Spike said to Variety at the time.
