Sean “Diddy” Combs was rushed out of federal prison FCI Fort Dix in New Jersey to a nearby hospital due to a medical emergency.

The disgraced rapper, 56, was treated for a non-life-threatening head injury early Saturday morning, TMZ reported.

Sources told the outlet that an ambulance picked up Combs at the correctional institution around 1 a.m. ET.

Combs was reportedly conscious and speaking when he was taken back to the prison before sunrise Saturday.

It remains unclear how he became injured.

When asked for comment, the record producer’s rep told us, “We are aware of the reports concerning Sean Combs and are working to confirm the circumstances. Sean’s health and well-being are our immediate concern, and we appreciate everyone who has reached out.”

As Page Six previously reported, Combs was convicted on two counts of transportation for prostitution in July 2025. He was sentenced to 50 months behind bars.

Last month, his “pampered” life behind bars was revealed.

Four anonymous men, who spent time in the same unit as the record producer, claimed he has people who cook and clean for him.

“This is not some normal s–t you see in jail. This is some rich s–t,” one of the men told NBC News. “It looks crazy, but again, it’s Diddy.”

Additionally, sources claimed that Combs had access to a cellphone, antidepressant drugs and premium liquor.

At the time, a Bureau of Prisons rep told Page Six they do not comment on inmates’ conditions due to “privacy, safety and security reasons.”

However, after his lavish prison life made headlines, Combs was reportedly thrown back into solitary confinement.

In another blow to the record exec, his prison release date was also pushed back.

The “Act Bad” rapper was originally set to be released from FCI Fort Dix in New Jersey on Jan. 21, 2028. However, he will now be out on March 2, 2028.
