Stranger Things’ Natalia Dyer and Charlie Heaton, who debuted their relationship in 2017, had a rare public date night while attending London Fashion Week, their first outing since 2023.

Charlie Heaton and Natalia Dyer’s public date night is a strange sight to see.

The Stranger Things stars—who debuted their romance on the red carpet of the 2017 Fashion Awards—made a rare public appearance together during London Fashion Week.

While attending the Burberry Winter 2025 show Feb. 24, the pair showed out in style alongside fellow actors Alex Hassell and Souheila Yacoub. For her part, Natalia, 30, donned an olive green leather jacket, a khaki skirt and thigh-high black leather boots. Charlie, 31, sported a navy blue peacoat, a blue-and-white striped button-down shirt and navy pants as he sat next to his girlfriend in the front row.

The chic Fashion Week outing was rare for the costars-turned-partners, who made their last public appearance together in April 2023 when they attended the Brooklyn Artists Ball hosted in Brooklyn, N.Y., by Dior.

Although Natalie and Charlie—who play Nancy Wheeler and Jonathan Byers, respectively—have kept their love story mostly out of the spotlight, they have given a small peek into their dynamic on set over the years.

"It's an interesting thing to work with somebody who you go home with," Natalia told Refinery 29 in 2019. "It's always really fun. We're really comfortable with each other, so we can play and feel more free, and we can talk about it before."

But when it comes to their private lives, she added, “That’s something important to me—with my family, with my friends, I really like to keep it for me.”

Natalia has, however, shared her gratitude for being able to navigate the experience of having a public-facing job with someone who can empathize.

"It's an understanding that would be hard to replicate," Natalia told Cosmopolitan U.K. in 2022. "It's an indescribable thing."

As for what those around the couple think about their pairing? Stranger Things cocreator Matt Duffer considers it a no-brainer.

"That first audition, we did a chemistry read with [Charlie and] Natalia," he told GQ in February 2020, "and sparks were flying."
