Emma Kenney is giving some rare insight into her dating life.

The 27-year-old Shameless and The Conners star has been dating Conrad Hilton for a couple of years now. He is the son of Rick and Kathy Hilton, and younger brother of Paris Hilton.

In a new interview, Emma opened up about her relationship with Conrad nearly two years after it was revealed they were dating.

“You have to be best friends with your partner,” she told E! News. “He’s the best. He’s my best friend. My biggest support system.”

She also shared that while they have only been together for five years, it feels like they have been for longer.

“I feel so grateful that we’ve grown up together, too,” the actress shared. “I love him and I’m excited for another continuation of our journey.”

Emma also loves his family!

“They’re the best. I feel so accepted,” she added. “I love them and I’m happy to be able to spend time together.”

She also shared that they “love” his mom’s annual holiday party, and with this year being their fifth Christmas together, she says it will “be a milestone.”

Earlier this year, Emma showed her support for Conrad‘s sister, Paris Hilton, at her Infinite Icon: A Visual Memoir premiere.
