More info is coming out about Shia LaBeouf‘s arrest in New Orleans earlier this week.

The 39-year-old actor was arrested in the early hours of Tuesday morning (February 17) following a brawl outside of a bar in Louisiana. He was then arrested and charged with two counts of battery.

Now, the police report has been revealed, and Shia is said to have used a homophobic slur multiple times.

In the report, the other person involved in the altercation stated that Shia used the slur multiple times, and the police also state that he continued to use it towards persons during the investigation and arrest.

Video has since emerged of the altercation, along with a police statement, which echoes the police report, which you can read in the gallery.
