Shia LaBeouf was reportedly arrested overnight after an incident in New Orleans, Louisiana.

The 39-year-old actor was apparently involved in an altercation, which ended with paramedics having to arrive on the scene on Tuesday morning (February 17).

According to TMZ, who looked at the court records, Shia ended up getting arrested and will now face two charges of simple battery.

The site claims he has been in town “partying in the French Quarter.”

An eyewitness told the site: “Shia was escorted out of the bar by staff for some reason before getting into a brawl. Afterward, Shia walked down the block, but then looped back around to the front of the bar, where responding paramedics treated Shia, according to the witness.”

Shia has been to rehab in the past, dating back over 10 years ago.
