There’s something about Eden Rock – St Barths that changes your pace the second you arrive. For me, a longtime fan of Oetker Collection properties over the last 12 years, Eden Rock always stood out. The stripes, the branding, the effortless luxury of it all. Everything feels elevated, but never overdone.

A day there starts slowly. Straight to the water, skin still cool, hair pulled back, nowhere to be. Leisurely lunches turn into long afternoons on the sand, ice rolling straight from the ice bucket with a La Piscine in hand. Fresh face towels in your beach bag for everything, and mouth tape at night for deeper sleep and a better morning after.

Spend The Day With Me at Eden Rock – St Barths

8:00 AM

Wake up in Petite Plume x Eden Rock pajamas, followed by a nice, long breakfast. 

My order: Iced coffee, shaken in a martini shaker with extra ice, garnished with 2 coffee beans. Perhaps an Eden Garden juice and a glass of Champagne too.

Michael’s order: Cococoffee – very strong iced coffee, shaken, garnished with 1 coffee bean.

10:00 AM

Jump in the ocean, then Eden spa with Michael for a facial ft. the ice roller (I always ask for extra facial massage instead of a mask). Bring your SPF and ask them to apply it for you.

11:00 AM

Shop at Eden Rock – St Barths boutique. Take pictures of the property and all the beautiful things surrounding it.

11:30 AM

Get ready for lunch at The Sand Bar.

My order: arugula pizza (with avocado and jalapeno) and lemongrass ginger rice.

12:30 PM

SPF with a damp Beautyblender

Lip Plumper (over SPF of course)

All kept in a red Violet Gray makeup bag

Always bring a travel pack of face towels to the beach to wipe sunscreen off your hands, clean up the kids, or gently dab your face for a quick refresh.

Read and relax poolside while ice rolling for a rejuvenating reset.

Reapply SPF, then swim at the Eden Rock villa with the kids.

Replenish with electrolytes and aminos (always bring your own frother).

6:00 PM

The Skinny Confidential cocktail hour at the hotel bar.

My order: Panda Cup – Lalo tequila spicy marg (skinny with a red pepper).

9:00 PM

Adult dinner at the villa (Barolo wine, artichoke salad) followed by a moonlit jacuzzi. Then it’s bedtime with the ice roller, portable red light lamp and mouth tape.
