Stephen Amell is looking buff as he patrols the beach on set.

The 44-year-old actor was seen going shirtless while filming scenes for the upcoming Baywatch reboot on Thursday (March 19) in Malibu and Venice Beach, Calif.

Stephen showed off his muscular build while wearing a pair of iconic red swim trunks as he arrived on set and prepared to film.

Shay Mitchell, Noah Beck, Jessica Belkin, Hannah Stocking and Livvy Dunne were also spotted filming scenes along the beach.

Many of the cast members were dressed in the franchise’s signature red swimwear, with others in casual looks between takes.

Shay and Thaddeus LaGrone switched from swimwear to regular clothes while filming a scene as well.

Jessica Belkin is playing Charlie Vale, the daughter of Stephen‘s Hobie Buchannon. Thaddeus is series regular character Brad. Noah plays Luke, and Shay plays Trina. Livvy stars as Grace.

Here’s a synopsis, via Variety: “The wild child Hobie Buchannon (Amell) we all loved from the original series is now a Baywatch captain, following in the footsteps of his legendary father, Mitch. Hobie’s world is turned upside down when Charlie, the daughter he never knew, shows up on his doorstep, eager to carry on the Buchannon family legacy and become a Baywatch lifeguard alongside her dad. OG heartthrob Cody Madison now runs The Shoreline, the unofficially official Baywatch bar-and-grill, and still puts on the red trunks for the occasional shift saving lives. He’s a mentor to and a friend, providing a second home for his fellow lifeguards… and always offering free wings after a big save.”

The series is set to debut during the 2026-2027 season on Fox, following a 12-episode order back in September 2025. Here’s the full cast for the show!
