Sterling K. Brown is leaving Jennifer Hudson speechless!

On Thursday (March 19), the 49-year-old Paradise actor stopped by the 44-year-old EGOT winner’s eponymous talk show where he shared a wild confession about his bedtime routine.

“I’m gonna try to be candid,” Sterling started. “I’m going to be 50 later on this year, so I’m entering into a candid phase.”

Keep reading to find out more…“Sometimes I go to bed before the missus,” he continued, referring to wife Ryan Michelle Bathe. “She’s a bit of a night owl; she stays up a little bit later than your boy.”

“But sometimes you have this feeling at night, where you’re like, ‘Aw man, I feel, ya know,’” the Emmy winner confessed. “And so sometimes I have a little quality time with Sterling. And it helps me go to bed.”

As Jennifer was left shocked and speechless by Sterling‘s candid comments, the audience roared with laughter and applause.

“I see many brothers who understand what I’m saying, and it’s in the spirit of transparency,” Sterling added while pointing at the audience. “Sometimes it helps me lie down.”
