Stranger Things season 4 star Eduardo Franco has debuted a full-body transformation!

The 31-year-old actor star shared an Instagram video showing off his fit physique and intense training regimen that came after he booked a new movie role.

“On July 14th, I got the word that I got this job. The script’s first scene, where my character appears in, is in the very beginning of the movie and my character is shirtless. I said, ‘Well, I’d like to look as lean as possible for that scene,’” he shared in the video.

He locked in a workout plan with trainer Stephen Cheuk and despite having no prior strength training, Eduardo said Stephen took care of him.

“It was super dope,” he added.

Eduardo is best known for his role as Argyle in the hit Netflix series, but he’s also been in projects like American Vandal, Booksmart, Y2K, and more. He didn’t say what movie he’s prepping for.

Some of his Stranger Things co-stars like Finn Wolfhard and Caleb McLaughlin commented on his post to praise him.
