It’s Movie week and Saturday night’s live show of Strictly Come Dancing will also feature Academy Award-nominated Wicked star Cynthia Erivo as Strictly’s first ever Guest Mentor.

The red carpet is rolled out for the first theme week of the series; it’s Movie Night in the ballroom. Something wicked comes this way, as our pros pay homage to one of the highest grossing movie-musicals of all time, before our couples perform routines celebrating some of the best-loved films from across cinema history. As they do their best to impress the Judges and you at home, Academy-Award nominated, Hollywood superstar, Cynthia Erivo is on hand to help our couples deliver blockbuster performances.

It’s the sequel to Saturday’s Movie Night and the tension is high as our couples wait to find out the results of your vote. Our professionals transport us to the Minecraft universe and world-renowned pianist, Lang Lang performs a Disney classic.

Two more couples must take on the dreaded Dance Off – who won’t be cast a role in next weekend’s show?
