Orgo-Life the new way to the future

The lightning speed of progress in advanced aesthetics has seen the definition of beauty quietly shifting. At the forefront of this evolution is Dr. Yashar Tashakkor, whose work sits at a rare intersection of internal medicine, biomedical engineering, aesthetics, and longevity science. As the founder of NEXX Clinic, Dr. Yashar approaches ageing not as a cosmetic concern, but as a full-body experience. His philosophy reframes the face as a mirror of what is happening internally. Designed as a holistic sanctuary, NEXX Clinic reflects this ethos through deeply personalised programs, regenerative medicine, and an immersive approach to wellness. Here, Dr. Yashar shares his perspective on elevated living, regenerative aesthetics, and Dubai’s role in the future of longevity medicine.

You operate at the crossroads of internal medicine, aesthetics, and longevity science. How has this multidisciplinary background changed the way you approach beauty compared to traditional aesthetic medicine?

Traditional aesthetics focus on what you see in the mirror. I approach ageing as a full-body experience, because the face is simply a reflection of what’s happening within. When the body is supported at a deeper level, people feel better, live longer, and aesthetic treatments appear more refined and natural. I believe the union of medically guided longevity and sophisticated, natural aesthetics is the new gold standard of beauty.

You often speak about the body as an integrated system. In practical terms, how does this philosophy show up in the way you treat patients at NEXX Clinic?

I often compare the human body to a luxury car or a beautiful home – if you ignore maintenance, small issues quietly turn into visible damage. At NEXX Clinic, we specialise in actively addressing systemic inflammation, hormonal imbalance, and impaired metabolism before problems appear on the surface. By combining world-leading research with bespoke care, we focus on elevating and the importance of long-term vitality.

NEXX Clinic has been described as a holistic refuge. Why was it important to move away from transactional medicine?

NEXX Clinic was designed as a sanctuary – a place where people feel seen, supported, and cared for at every level. My training allows me to cut through the noise. Many technologies promise dramatic results, but few deliver consistently. By truly understanding anatomy, medicine, and how devices work, we’re able to select treatments that are safe, reliable, and genuinely effective. This ensures our clients receive care grounded in substance, not hype.

How do you personally define “elevated living,” and how is NEXX Clinic designing medicine around that standard?

Elevated living is about addressing the quiet changes people accept as normal – low energy, poor sleep, mental fatigue, declining strength. These shifts shape how we perform and connect. At NEXX Clinic, we design medicine around restoring resilience, vitality, and help our clients truly feel youthful again.

Dubai has become a global capital of luxury wellness. What makes the city uniquely positioned for longevity medicine?

Here, patients are proactive, future-oriented, and deeply invested in personalised care. Compared to North America, people in Dubai seek advanced solutions proactively rather than reactively. That mindset makes the city a natural global hub for longevity medicine. That’s why I am happy to be working alongside Mojtaba Gharehbaghi, who has grown up in Dubai and is a Medical Engineer who graduated from Simon Fraser University in Vancouver, who has become NEXX Clinic’s strategic partner to carry on the mission of the company in the health and wellness space in the region.

Looking ahead, what will redefine the aesthetics industry? Does AI influence the work you do?

There will be a shift toward natural techniques, biostimulators, regenerative medicine, and cellular therapies. Stem cells, NAD+, peptides, and collagen-stimulating injectables will become standard. Aesthetics will no longer be about short-term correction, bringing in combination therapies and injectables focused on skin quality such as PRP, bio-remodelling treatments, and skin boosters. The results are refined, natural, and effortless. AI has transformed how people visualize possibility. Clients often come with AI-generated images, which helps guide meaningful conversations about goals and realistic outcomes, allowing us to design treatments that are more aligned.

What first drew you to this field and is there a moment that truly defined the emotional impact of your work?

The human body fascinated me long before medicine became a career. The first time I truly saw what exists beneath the skin was like witnessing a perfectly designed machine. That moment stayed with me and shaped everything that followed. I once treated a young woman who had facial injuries from a dog bite. Over time, with a combination of treatments, we improved the appearance of her scars. Seeing how that restored her confidence reminded me how deeply this work can affect someone’s life.

Why are stem cells such a game changer in aesthetics and longevity?

They work with the body to support regeneration – improving tissue health, collagen, and skin quality over time. They shift the focus from looking younger to ageing better.

What truly differentiates NEXX Clinic and how do you want people to feel when they walk into your clinics?

The depth of education and international medical training behind our team. Our approach unites longevity medicine and aesthetics into one comprehensive, highly personalised experience. This is luxury healthcare designed for the future of ageing. We want our clients to know they are in expert hands and can relax throughout the medical treatments.

What kind of personality does this field require?

A creative eye, precision, discipline, and curiosity. You need both artistry and systematic thinking.

Why was opening a NEXX Clinic in Dubai a natural step and why was it so important to you to make sure that art pieces were featured in all your clinics?

Dubai has always felt like a second home. It represents the forefront of engineering, culture, and luxury. Expanding here felt inevitable. As for the art work, environment shapes emotion. Art slows you down, creates presence, and reminds people that beauty, creativity, and wellbeing are deeply connected.
