Cushla and Clirinx, two Irish startups, are merging to give rare disease patients one continuous health and research record. The deal will pair Cushla’s patient-controlled EHR with Clirinx’s unique patient ID system so data no longer gets lost between doctors, hospitals and clinical trials.
