Timbaland’s Shock Value will be the latest album to be released as part of the Interscope Vinyl Collective.

The first vinyl pressing since the album was released in 2007, this special edition includes an alternate cover art in “purple color shift” and five bonus tracks, including Steve Aoki’s ‘Club Banger’ and the extended instrumental version of “The Way I Are.” Limited to 3,000 copies globally, the individually numbered records also come with a Timbaland lithograph.

Timbaland Presents: Shock Value was the producer’s second solo record. Blending R&B, rap, and pop, the album features collaborations with the likes of Fall Out Boy, the Hives, She Wants Revenge, and Elton John. Elsewhere, Missy Elliott, Dr. Dre (“Bounce”), and 50 Cent (“Come and Get Me”) join Timbaland on a number of club classics. The platinum-certified album charted at No. 5 on the Billboard 200.

Shock Value includes the chart-topping hits “Give It To Me” with Justin Timberlake and Nelly Furtado and “Apologize” with OneRepublic. “Give It To Me” features a diss directed towards record producer Scott Storch: “I’m a real producer and you[‘re] just the piano man.” “Apologize” was OneRepublic’s breakout single and reached No. 2 on the Hot 100. The song later garnered a Grammy nomination in the category of “Best Pop Performance by a Duo or Group with Vocal.”

‘The Way I Are” recently joined the Spotify Billions Club. The track, which features Keri Hilson and D.O.E., has now been streamed more than one billion times on the platform. Upon its release in 2007, “The Way I Are” climbed to a peak of No. 3 on the Billboard Hot 100, continuing Timbaland’s dominant run as an artist and producer. Timbaland and Hilson wrote the song along with The Clutch, Candice Nelson, and his close collaborator Danja, who also co-produced it. It was included in Timbaland’s nomination as Producer of the Year (Non-Classical) at the 2008 Grammys.
