Travis Kelce is not retiring, according to one NFL insider!

The 36-year-old star Tight End will apparently be returning for the 2026 NFL season, which officially kicks off in September!

NFL insider Ian Rapoport shared on X, “Back for more: #Chiefs future Hall of Fame TE Travis Kelce is expected to return to Kansas City for a 14th season, a message that’s been delivered to teams who will want him. At 36, Kelce’s play was at its usual level, landing him in the Pro Bowl. He’s loyal to KC & will stay.”

Ian also added, “Travis Kelce would have commanded top dollar in the TE market. But he’d rather stay with the #Chiefs, catch passes from Patrick Mahomes, and have a shot at another Super Bowl.”

Indeed, a report emerged over the weekend from The Athletic claiming Travis was leaning towards playing another season, but they noted he could explore other teams. It looks like Travis will be staying in KC and looking to get back to the Super Bowl once again!
