Why this project works

A magical winterscape inside a waterless snow globe conjures up memories from childhood, without the heaviness of water filling the jar. These sweet little snowglobes are really simple to make with figurines or bottle trees – you can realistically fill them with whatever you want because you don’t need to worry about water degrading your pieces in this project.

They’re also a great way to showcase a delicate vintage ornament or Christmas figurine that was passed down to you.
