If you want an appointment with Kris Jenner's plastic surgeon, Dr. Steven Levine—the man responsible for her headline-grabbing recent facelift—you're gonna need the password.

The iconic momager appeared on the Not Skinny but Not Fat podcast where she chatted about why she's historically been so open about her plastic surgery; for example, she filmed her first facelift for Keeping Up with the Kardashians in 2011.

According to Jenner, if her friends want to book a consultation with Dr. Levine, they can't just drop her name; they must use a special word or phrase to gain access. This way, no one can jump the line pretending they're part of Jenner's exclusive, intimate circle of friends.

The password protection came about shortly after Jenner had the procedure done in New York City. “I really wanted to give him his flowers,” Jenner shared. “I've never been in a situation where I felt so comfortable, safe, and secure.” After Jenner's facelift made its triumphant debut, she noticed there was a lot of speculation around who did the work and wanted to make sure it was attributed to Levine. So she asked his permission to share, and Dr. Levine accepted on the condition that she come up with a secret word as to not overwhelm the front desk with requests from her “friends.”

“If I told you how many times his offie has called and said, 'Julie Monopoly is on the phone and says she's your best friend…'” Jenner recounted. “Definitely people have tried to get in. If you know me, you know what the password is.”

But what could this password be? As a longtime Kardashian scholar, I've got some ideas. Maybe it's “Todd Kraines,” a reference to Scott Disick's long-running prank? Perhaps it's “Smooch,” a.k.a. the children's clothing store Jenner and daughter Kourtney Kardashian ran in the early days of KUWTK. What about a viral quote like “You're doing amazing, sweetie!” or Kylie's “Is that a chicken?” Or perhaps it's “Belvedere vodka martini,” her signature drink. Only Jenner's true friends know the truth!
