We live in a world that tells us financial success is purely a result of hard work, smart decisions and the right opportunities. And while all of these matter, I have seen again and again, across hundreds of healing sessions, that sometimes the biggest block to abundance is not a lack of effort. It is a block in our energy.

This is where Money Reiki comes in.

What is Money Reiki?

Money Reiki is a specialised healing system that works on our relationship with money at the energetic level. It addresses the deep-seated beliefs, karmic patterns, emotional wounds and ancestral programming that silently sabotage our financial wellbeing no matter how hard we work on the surface.

Most of us carry wounds around money that we are not even aware of. Perhaps we grew up hearing “money doesn’t grow on trees.” Perhaps we watched our parents struggle and unconsciously absorbed their fear of scarcity. Perhaps a betrayal in business or in life left an energetic scar that is still affecting our financial flow today.

Money Reiki works gently but powerfully on all of these layers.

The Salon Owner Who Lost Everything — In One Day

A few weeks ago, my very first client, a salon owner I have known and worked with for years, called me in tears. Her business partner of many years had betrayed her. She had not just left; she had taken the entire staff with her and joined a rival salon. Overnight, my client went from running a thriving business to sitting alone in an empty salon, wondering how she would survive.

She was devastated. The betrayal cut deep not just financially, but emotionally and spiritually. Trust had been shattered. Her confidence was gone. And the financial fear was overwhelming.

We started healing immediately. But this situation called for more than Money Reiki alone. Betrayal leaves a karmic wound, a deep energetic scar that, if left unhealed, can block abundance for years. So I combined Karmic Reiki with Money Reiki, healing the betrayal trauma alongside the financial block simultaneously.

On the fifth day of healing, she sent me a message.

Her salon was full. Not slowly picking up. Not showing signs of improvement. Full. Clients who had not visited in months suddenly called for appointments. New clients walked in. The energy had shifted completely, and her business responded immediately.

This is what happens when we heal the energy, not just the circumstance.

When Business Feels Completely Blocked

Another client, a businessman, came to me when his company was in a state of complete standstill. Funds were blocked. Work had stopped. He had tried everything at the practical level, and nothing was moving. A friend suggested he try Reiki. He was deeply skeptical but desperate enough to try.

We worked on his financial energy, clearing the blocks, the fears, the limiting beliefs that had accumulated over years of stress and struggle.

Within 21 days, small funds started flowing in. Stalled work began to move. His confidence returned. He called me and said: “I don’t know how you do this, but thank you for giving me immense peace.”

From No Savings to a New Home

One of my most beautiful Money Reiki stories is that of a young couple who came to me with what seemed like an impossible situation. The husband worked as a freelancer, meaning he was without income for three to four months every year. They had no savings, no down payment for a home, and no clear path forward financially.

We worked with Karmic Reiki and Money Reiki together, healing the ancestral patterns around scarcity, the karmic blocks in their financial flow, and the limiting beliefs they both carried.

Within months, their financial reality shifted completely. Their parents, who had never offered financial support before, came forward with the down payment. They bought a home in a beautiful locality. The husband’s freelance work became consistent and then permanent.

Their entire financial life transformed not because their circumstances magically changed, but because their energy around money shifted first.

How Money Blocks Form

Money Reiki teaches us that financial blocks are rarely just about money. They are about:

• Fear of not having enough, of losing what we have, of success itself
• Unworthiness – a deep belief that we do not deserve abundance
• Karmic patterns – financial struggles that repeat across generations
• Emotional wounds – betrayals, losses, and disappointments that leave energetic scars
• Ancestral programming – inherited beliefs about money from our families

Until these are healed at the energetic root, no amount of hard work can fully break the pattern.

Combining Money Reiki with Karmic healing

In my practice, I rarely use Money Reiki alone. I have found that the most powerful and lasting financial healing happens when Money Reiki is combined with Karmic healing. This not only heals the present block but the deeper karmic pattern that created it.

This combination works on:

• Clearing financial karma from this lifetime and beyond
• Healing betrayals and losses that have closed the heart to abundance
• Releasing ancestral poverty consciousness
• Opening new pathways for money to flow, often in unexpected ways

The results, as I have seen consistently, can be remarkable.

A Simple Money Reiki Practice

If you are a Reiki practitioner, here is a simple practice you can use daily to support your financial energy:

1. Sit quietly and place your hands over your solar plexus, the centre of personal power and abundance.
2. Set the intention to channel Money Reiki energy to clear all blocks to financial flow.
3. Visualise golden light filling your solar plexus, warm, expansive and abundant.
4. Affirm silently: “I am open to receiving abundance in all its forms. Money flows to me freely and easily.”
5. Hold for 10-15 minutes and close with gratitude.

Do this daily. Consistency is key with Money Reiki.

A Final Thought

Money Reiki has taught me one profound truth: abundance is our natural state. It is the blocks, the wounds and the karmic patterns that interrupt that flow. When we heal the energy, the outer world responds.

I have watched businesses revive. I have watched doors open that seemed permanently closed. I have watched couples buy homes they never thought possible. And I have watched a devastated salon owner, betrayed and alone, fill her salon with clients in five days.

This is not magic. This is energy healing working at the root of the problem.
