White House Addresses Concerns About Trump's Health After Days Without a Public Appearance

The White House is shutting down rumors that Donald Trump suffered a health emergency.

The president’s press team replied to an account on X, which noted that Trump hadn’t been seen in more than two days. The message reported that the president hadn’t left Washington, D.C., but made no other allegations about him or his health.

Despite that, the White House rapid response account on X replied, writing, “No, you’re just a sick freak, Aaron. He was commanding one of the most daring rescue operations in modern history — executed with the precise force and might only our Great American Military can deliver.”

The post referenced successful efforts to rescue a United States servicemember, who went missing inside Iran after his jet was shot down on Friday (April 3). Trump announced the successful rescue in a post on Truth Social.

Trump added that he would host a news conference about the rescue on Monday (April 6).

The rapid response team issued several other cutting remarks amid concerns about Trump‘s health over the weekend.

“Deranged liberals cook up insane conspiracy theories when [Trump] goes 12 hours without speaking to press,” they wrote on Saturday (April 4). The post alleged that the president “literally never stops working.”

While he was missing from the public eye, the president took to social media on Sunday to issue his most inflammatory threats against Iran since he started a war with the country in late February.
