Bad Bunny is headlining the 2026 Super Bowl Halftime Show next week and he’s also nominated for a bunch of Grammy Awards this weekend, but he allegedly could only perform at one event.

Grammys host Trevor Noah noted to Bad Bunny during the show on Sunday (February 1) that he wasn’t allowed to perform on Music’s Biggest Night.

“Whoever’s doing the Super Bowl is contractually obligated to only do the Super Bowl, so, you can’t perform at the Grammys. Is this true?” Trevor asked.

Bad Bunny responded, “I wish, but I can’t… I came here [and] I thought I was performing, but now I can’t.”

Later in the show, Trevor tricked Bad Bunny into sort of performing!

Trevor started singing his music to him and told him, “If they sue you, that’s not me.” Watch below!
