The Egyptian actress has been named ambassador not for a single category but for beauty, haute joaillerie and the main collections under Jonathan Anderson. That is rare and that is deliberate.

El-Abd does not fit the quiet luxury mould. Her characters carry emotional fractures and dry wit. Freshness arrives alongside a subtle and unsentimental modernism. She is not a blank billboard. She brings empathy that reads as strength rather than softness.
