Daveed Diggs, Alexandra Daddario, Ashley Park, and Josh Gad are teaming up for a new movie!

On Tuesday (April 7), Vertical Entertainment debuted the first trailer for the upcoming ensemble dramedy movie titled Couples Weekend.

The movie shows Alexandra and Josh‘s characters spouses cheat on their spouses during the vacation, creating chaos between the four of them.

Keep reading to find out more…Here’s the official synopsis: “Trapped in a cozy cabin by a blizzard, two couples ring in the New Year with a mysterious cocktail that strips away their inhibitions, turning their romantic getaway into chaos with a showdown of secrets, betrayals, and rapidly shifting loyalties.”

Kevin Pollack also appears in the movie.

Couples Weekend made its world premiere at the 2025 Tribeca Festival last June under the title A Tree Fell in the Woods. The movie marks the feature directorial debut for Nora Kirkpatrick, who also wrote the screenplay. Nora previously wrote for television shows including Daisy Jones & The Six and directed episodes of The Goldbergs and The Coop.

Couples Weekend will be released in theaters and on digital May 8.
