Orgo-Life the new way to the future Advertising by AdpathwayDays of Our Lives star Dan Feuerriegel recently teased a major rift between his character, EJ, and another member of the DiMera family. The actor hinted that the growing tension between the two could completely damage their relationship on the long-running soap opera.

Dan Feuerriegel thinks Chad and EJ’s Days of Our Lives arc won’t ‘end well’
The DiMera family recently appeared more united after coming together following Stefano DiMera’s funeral storyline. At the time, it looked like the family had finally put aside their differences. However, recent events have created major cracks inside the family, especially between Chad and EJ DiMera, on Days of Our Lives.
After Chad returned from Phoenix with his children, he immediately became suspicious of EJ again after believing his brother was secretly trying to bring Abigail Deveraux back. Although Chad later learned the truth about Lexie, tension between the brothers continued to grow.
The situation became even more complicated after Chad and Belle started getting closer, while EJ also developed feelings for Cat. In an interview with Soaps, Dan Feuerriegel reacted to the growing drama between the characters.
“Well, I think he would take it as any person would take it,” Feuerriegel said. “He would pretend it doesn’t bother him, but I’m sure it bothers him.” The actor explained that both relationships are creating an awkward situation between Chad and EJ.
“He’s developing something with Cat. Cat and Chad did something. So it’s kind of like the roommate swap.” Feuerriegel also warned that things likely will not end peacefully because of the soap opera storyline. “And being a soap opera, it’s not gonna end well.”
The growing conflict could eventually push Chad and EJ completely against each other, especially as the DiMera family drama continues to grow.
