Grantchester actor Tom Brittney has a new girlfriend!

The 35-year-old actor, best known for playing Reverend Will Davenport on the hit ITV and PBS series, is dating content creator and podcast host Clo Gascoigne.

It appears that the new couple met while Clo was interviewing Tom over the summer!

Clo interviewed Tom and his co-star J.K. Simmons at a press junket for their series The Westies back in June 2026.

In the video above, Tom totally looks smitten with Clo while sitting for the interview. It’s unclear how things turned romantic for the pair, but Clo confirmed their relationship with a TikTok post on October 9, 2026.

Clo shared a video of herself watching Grantchester with Tom at home. “POV: Ur boyfriend is an actor (wdym he’s sat right there).” The video pans from the TV screen to Tom sitting on the couch in his pajamas.

Clo wrote in the comments, “GUYS I’m the one watching Grantchester bc I’d never seen it btw he did not force this on me lmao.”

One fan asked if Tom has watched the show because he “looks surprised at his own show.” Clo responded, “lmaooo in his defense it was a few years ago and he’s been a busy guy.”

Some fans noted how Tom and Clo must have met at the interview and June and she responded with the eyes emojis.

Tom and Clo have seemingly been together for at least a couple months because she shared a clip of him at the premiere of his movie Fall 2: Deadpoint on September 3.

“I’d let him lure me up a mountain too tbh,” she captioned the below video.

Tom has also liked nearly all of Clo‘s Instagram posts since early July 2026.

Tom was previously one of three actors who were up for a very coveted superhero role in 2023.
