Hulk Hogan's beautiful Florida home is going up for sale ... six months after the wrestling legend passed away, TMZ Sports has learned.

The Clearwater Beach pad was Hulk's haven since 2012 ... and it's not hard to understand why.

The 5,400-square-foot estate sits right on the sand and offers incredible views of the Gulf of America.

It features five bedrooms and five and a half bathrooms -- including a majestic, 1,000-square-foot primary suite with a sitting area, gulf-front terrace, morning bar, spa-inspired bath and a massive walk-in closet.

The mansion will be listed for $10,989,000 by Hulk's longtime friend Martha Thorn at the Thorn Collection and Coldwell Banker Realty.
