A few weeks ago, actor Kat Dennings decorated her nails with stick-on gemstones similar to those you probably played with as a kid. Now, nail maximalists can get even more sparkle and shine from their manis, as Megan Fox has taken jewelry-inspired nail art to the next level with a mirrored silver set studded with colorful gemstones. In short, her latest manicure is basically the nail art equivalent of fancy costume jewelry.

As always, Fox's nails were the handiwork of Los Angeles-based nail artist Brittney Boyce, who works closely with the actor to come up with her eye-catching nail art. (Remember the studded pink nails from earlier this summer, which were inspired by a Prince Albert piercing?) The two just collaborated on a unique, gem-studded set reminiscent of the opulent designs often referred to as “gripoix," where colorful glass stones are set in chunky silver or gold costume jewelry, especially cuff bracelets and necklaces.

The silver chrome base would have been cool on its own, but with the addition of pink, aqua, yellow, and purple gems in varying shapes and sizes, it's both whimsical and glam. Each nail was covered in tiny gemstones from base to tip, with the mix of pastel-y colors giving it a youthful, fanciful feel. As someone who is obsessed with gemstones, jewelry, and anything sparkly, I want this on my hands now.
