The Breaking Bad alum died by suicide at age 34.

There’s allegations of behind-the-scenes drama between his fiancee, Kennedy Suarez, and mom, Dyna.

Apparently, RJ Mitte’s Fiancee Did Not Get Along with His Mother

According to TMZ, Kennedy “felt RJ’s mom was meddling in their relationship.”

Apparently, the pair did not get along, and Kennedy allegedly wanted RJ to “favor her.”

“RJ had an extremely close relationship with Dyna and his sister, Lacianne… and wasn’t willing to cut his mom off … and that caused serious friction in his relationship with Kennedy,” the site continued.

Were RJ Mitte and Kennedy Suarez Still Together When He Died?

TMZ is reporting that they were together about a week before his passing, but it’s unclear if they were still together when he died.

If you don’t know, RJ and Kennedy got engaged just about one year before his passing. He proposed on October 10, 2025. They often appeared on red carpets together over the years.
