Taylor Swift‘s alleged texts with Blake Lively are being used as evidence in the It Ends With Us trial, but it’s unlikely that the singer will be called as a witness.

A ton of private texts between the friends were made public when they were unsealed this week ahead of Blake and Justin‘s summary judgment hearing.

TMZ initially reported that Taylor “will 100% be called as a witness by Baldoni if the case goes to trial,” but then a source on Justin‘s team reversed that sentiment.
